![]() What is it? This is downtown Vancouver’s first room devoted to relaxing and rejeuvenation. Get away from the corporate shuffle and feel your stress evaporate. You can also try one of our additional treatments. It all starts when you slip off your shoes. You now lay back on our large leather recliner. We then give you a plush throw to make it a little cosier. Your neck now starts to soften as it relaxes into the soft headrest. The Bose noise reduction headphones are now turned on and you are bathed in beautiful meditative music. Your mind and body now drift off to a deep, deep relaxing place. There is no rush here. Take all the time you like. Book the room for 30 minutes or 2 hours, it’s all up to you. We also have Light Therapy and Progressive Muscle Relaxation sessions available. Light Therapy Bathe yourself in 10,000 lux of light and re-experience the feeling of waking to a Spring morning. This 20 minute session makes you feel great during those winter months!
