We are located in downtown Vancouver in the Electra building, formally the BC Hydro building. We're on the north East corner of Burrard and Nelson. The Electra building has two entrances, 970 Burrard Street and 989 Nelson Street. Make sure to use the 970 Burrard Street entrance - it's just to the right of the Scotia Bank. The correct entrance has the words "Executive Offices" above the address. If you cannot see inside the Scotia Bank you are at the wrong entrance. *989 Nelson Street is the residential entrance and there is no access to our health floor from there.

We are located on the mezzanine level of the building, so when you enter the elevator press the button with the label "Electra Health Floor".

Parking

  • very limited 30-minute free parking is available in the turn around at the Electra. You can only access this from Nelson St.
  • There is plenty of street metered parking, however check the signs carefully so you do not get towed during rush hour (3pm-6pm).
  • There is also a parkade next door to the Scotia Bank movie complex, half a block down from the Electra Building, next to Starbucks, which can be accessed off of Burrard or Hornby.Image

Wherever you park, make sure to give yourself a 15 minute grace period on either side of your appointment time.
