Bart Prinsen BSc, RMT, Student of Osteopathy

Bart specializes in massage therapy and advanced manual therapy, a keen
interest in health and wellness has led him to explore a wide variety of
approaches to healing.

Completing a BSc in Biology and Physics in 1999 provided him a western
science foundation for further study in disciplines that recognize the
interconnection of mind and body such as yoga and meditation.

Bart has maintained a full-time practice since completing massage therapy
training in 2004. He is currently in the final year of a 5-year part-time
program of osteopathy with the Canadian College of Osteopathy and
integrates osteopathic techniques such as myofascial release, craniosacral
therapy, and visceral manipulation in his practice, in addition to using a
variety of other massage therapy techniques.

Bart is available for appointments at both Electra Health locations: at the Electra Building at 970 Burrard St, and at the YWCA at 535 Hornby St.
