Background

Christina graduated from the University of British Columbia with her Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry (2005), as well as her Masters of Physical Therapy (2010). She is passionate towards her work as a Physiotherapist and finds it most rewarding when she is able to alleviate her clients’ pain and improve their movements, physical function, and lifestyle. She takes the time to perform a thorough assessment and design her treatments accordingly. She enjoys educating her clients so they understand the root cause of their problems, which will, therefore, enable them to take a proactive approach so they can get better and stay well.

Christina is dedicated to continuing education and have taken numerous courses throughout the years. Throughout the years, Christina has helped numerous clients recover from their acute and chronic muscular tension and pain, motor vehicle accidents, work-related injuries, sports injuries, and repetitive strain injuries. As a mother of two, she also has a keen interest in treating pregnant and post-partum women. She enjoys helping women understand their bodies as they go through the journey of pregnancy, birth and motherhood, so they can be better prepared and safely continue doing what they love.

Her comprehensive skillset is a direct result of her work experience in Musculoskeletal and Neurological Rehabilitation, Acute Medical Care and Emergency Care, as well as the application of her many post-graduate studies in manual therapy, postural mechanics and movement training, body/brain connection and holistic therapies.
