Helen Dalziel, BSc PT, CAFCI

Helen graduated with a first class honours degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Salford (UK) in 2004. This followed a Bachelor in Sports Science attained from the University of Liverpool in 2000.

She moved to Whistler, B.C. in 2004 to follow her dream of working in an elite sporting environment whilst being able to ski in her spare time. Helen specializes in manual and manipulative therapy and is a Certified Level 3 Orthopedic Manual Therapist. This is complemented by her training in medical acupuncture, soft tissue release techniques, Pilates-based rehabilitation and movement re-education.

One-on-one sessions allow the client not only to receive treatment for an injury, but also become educated on how to prevent the injury happening in the future.

In her spare time Helen enjoys yoga and all things mountainous, including skiing, running, mountain biking, hiking and camping.

Treatments and Pricing

Initial Physiotherapy Session - 55 minutes: $95

All INITIAL clients need to use this service. This is a 55 minute physiotherapy assessment plus treatment session. Sessions will consist of full evaluation of the injury plus one or more of the following treatments: a variety of manual and manipulative therapy techniques, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture or dry needling, movement re-education and exercise prescription.

Subsequent Physiotherapy Session - 55 minutes: $95

This is a 55 minute subsequent assessment and treatment session. Sessions will consist one or more of the following treatments: a variety of manual and manipulative therapy techniques, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture or dry needling, movement re-education and exercise prescription.

Subsequent Physiotherapy Session - 45 minutes: $80

This is a 45 minute subsequent assessment and treatment session. Sessions will consist one or more of the following treatments: a variety of manual and manipulative therapy techniques, soft tissue techniques, acupuncture or dry needling, movement re-education and exercise prescription.
