What Is Personal Training?
Personal training is when one to three people work with a Personal Fitness Trainer to achieve their specific goals. A Personal Trainer will work closely with you to set realistic and achievable goals in a timely fashion. Typical training sessions are up to 55 mins in length, and can sometimes be as short as 30 mins in duration.
What can Personal Training do for you?
Learn how to perform exercises safely and effectively. By working with a trainer, you truly maximize your time spent working out. With a combination of cardiovascular exercise, strength training, weight training, and flexibility, you will achieve your body's true potential. Learn how to work smarter, not longer.
What would a typical session be like?
Typically, you will come in before your training session to do a warm-up or cardio session on your own. You will then be joined by your trainer who will put you through a fun and challenging workout that will suit your specific needs. The session will usually end with a 10 minute stretch.
