ICBC – Direction to Pay Program
FAQ’s for lawyers
Direction to Pay allows your client to get the necessary rehabilitation that they need after a car accident. Time is of the essence when your client is injured and Electra Health Floor does not want to see your client caught up in the administration side of an ICBC claim before seeking treatment.
Here is what is needed to get started:
- ICBC claim number
- A current referral from a doctor for the therapy required
- A signed Direction to Pay form
What treatments do you provide?
When referred by a medical doctor we provide: physiotherapy, massage therapy, chiropractic, acupuncture, naturopathy and/or clinical counselling.
Do you have an active rehab program?
Yes, and we accept Direction to Pay for this too. Our program is unique in that all clients receive a full membership to the YMCA in our program. In addition, we have a 2 to 1 therapist-client ratio.
What interest rate do you charge?

How do you control treatment costs?
When you receive the Direction to Pay, there is a default amount set at $3000. There is also a space for you to enter a specific amount. To keep you up to date, every 3 months we will email you a statement. In addition, when we are approaching this limit we will give you a call.
How long does it take to get a summary of the billings?
As soon as you call we will send it off to you. In some cases it may take up to 24 hours.
