- instruction for resistance exercises according to your needs

A 30 minute session with a Naturopathic Doctor which includes:
- a blood pressure check
- physical/health assessment
- information on how naturopathy can help with your health complaints and health goals
- nutritional support
- food diary assessment
- food allergy awareness tips
