I had been struggling with numerous issues for over 10 years. Some problems can consume you without you even knowing and continue to effect you long after they have left.

I had my moments when things were okay and then they got worse again. I have seen a few counselors and found I didn’t really benefit from seeing them as I didn’t just want to talk about my problems I wanted to correct them or move on from them. I was hesitant on seeing another counselor as I was worried it would be the same result as it was previously, however; i knew I needed help. I found Jennifer and I can honestly say that she helped me. Jennifer didn’t just listen but used other techniques to get me to bring up things I didn’t even know were there. It has been a few months now since I saw Jennifer for our last session and I am still doing well. I highly recommend seeing Jennifer. She is not only helpful but also extremely nice and will make you feel comfortable sharing even the most private details.
